The Quickbooks Customer Service position requires the support of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online software and its adjacent products such as Payroll and payments. This role is responsible for delivering and continually improving care experiences for online financial software customers. The person selected to work in this role will work with customers to resolve technical issues.

Required Experience & Skills
To be successful in this Gig as a Quickbooks Customer Service Service Provider for Turbo Tax you will need to be proficient in the following:
Must be Tech Savvy and can easily navigate Windows and Browsers
Navigate the internet and search for answers and relay the information back in your own words
Great communication skills including trusting, empathetic, customer support/satisfaction
Ability to guide and teach customers through web-based systems/applications
Ability to upsell and generate leads, knowing when to convert, and working independently
